Rx. Glehniae Bei Sha Shen 10g Nourishes Lung Yin, clears Lung Heat, nourishes Stomach Yin, generates fluids and tonifies Liver and Kidney Yin.
Rx. Ophiopogonis Mai Men Dong 10g Moistens the Lungs, nourishes Yin, nourishes Stomach Yin and generates Fluids.
With Bei Sha Shen, for a dry throat, constipation, thirst and a red tongue with little coat due to pathogenic Warmth or Heat injuring the Stomach Yin or long-term Yin Deficiency.
With Sheng Di Huang, for hematemesis or epistaxis due to Yin Deficiency with Excess Heat.
Rx. Rehmanniae Sheng Di Huang 15g Clears Heat, cools the Blood, nourishes Yin and generates fluids.
With Mai Men Dong and Bei Sha Shen, for a dry mouth, thirst, dry lips and a red tongue due to Stomach Yin Deficiency.
Fr. Lycii Gou Qi Zi 12g Nourishes and tonifies Liver and Kidney Blood and Yin.
Polyporus Zhu Ling 15g Promotes urination and leaches out Dampness.
With Fu Ling, for Lin syndrome, scanty urine, edema, loose stools, vaginal discharge, jaundice, leg Qi and diarrhea.
With Ze Xie, drains Damp, unblocks and drains urinary pathways and drains Heat from the Bladder.
With Fu Ling and Ze Xie, for edema due to Spleen Deficiency.
Rz. Alismatis Ze Xie 15g Promotes urination, leaches out Dampness and drains Kidney Fire.
With Fu Ling, facilitates the removal of water and leaches out Dampness to treat stagnant water and Dampness leading to edema, jaundice, diarrhea, Milky Lin, and scanty, difficult urination with abdominal distention.
